The first is dong-quai, the second chaste tree and the third is damiana. Most alternative practitioners recommend taking two capsules (or one drop in warm water) once a day at noon. You should you taper off the herbs once the symptoms start to subside. Reduce the amount you take by half for a week and then half of that dosage for another week.
