I hope you are have a fantastic weekend so far!

Good afternoon my dear readers! I apologize for running so late but it couldn’t be avoided. I stayed up late last night working on the blog. I was wanting to put some detailed info on the blog about Leos at the bottom of the page. I know when you look down there it looks horrible. Have faith, I am still working on it. I finally figured out what I want to do now.

I really wasn’t going to write anything personal today but I got to reading some of the comments in the back. Then I was prompted to respond to a few (like two).  Well I hate to tell you I have been whining again about what I have no idea. I don’t believe I have ever said this on this blog but…….blogging is my form of therapy. I get to blow off steam if I feel like it or I can be happy as a pig in slop. If any of my readers are having a bad day or something is on their mind, they can whine too. It is our blog, if we want to whine, we will whine. Everybody is welcome to whine. They weren’t specific about what I was whining about but if it was because of all the deaths I had experienced, I do not apologize for that. That was very tragic and also very horrible. I loved those animals to pieces and to see what I saw, broke my heart. So if that is what I was whining about, oh well, I don’t call being human and expressing my feelings whining. I want to emphasis to all my readers, if you want to whine, please feel free to do so. This is a place where you can discuss anything, blow off steam or just make yourself at home.

Now for the next thing, this will be short and sweet. There are too many errors in my spelling. Blame it on the Spellchecker. I use it religiously. There is nothing posted that is not spell checked first. So I don’t know what is going on there. I remember people griping about incorrect spelling. So I made a mental note when I first started this, always use the spellchecker.

Well I think that covers everything. I hope you have a great weekend. Don’t let the heat get you.

Luv & Hugs,

Lady A

Desert Sage Bundles

Desert sage also clears energy but in a different way. While white sage purifies by lifting vibrations and dissolving negativity, desert sage moves the vibrations around in a happy way so that bad vibes just naturally don’t feel like hanging out. For this reason, it has been used as a magickal “road-opener.” If you’ve been feeling stuck in your life, and you’d like to clear the way for new opportunities and unexpected avenues, burning desert sage in your home and around your aura is a good idea. Concentrate especially at thresholds and doors, in order to open new doors in your life. Its smoke has a very sweet personality and can create feelings of safety, coziness, and playfulness. Desert sage is good to burn in a new place to help you feel relaxed and at ease in the new environment, and to help make it your own. It can also call spirits of ancestors and deceased loved ones into your space.

Daily OM for April 14 – Gifts from the Universe

Gifts from the Universe
Accepting Your Family

Our families help us see where we have come from so that we may more clearly decide where we’d like to go.

Families can contain a fascinating grouping of personalities. Despite the potential for so many to have similar traits, there are many different ways to express them. As people marry into families and have children, even more personalities enter the picture. There may be some people that we would not choose to be related to, but that’s what friends are for.

If we trust in a universe that has a higher purpose for everything, then we must believe that family members are in our lives for a good reason. These reasons may be easy to see and appreciate with some, but others may offer us a challenge. With those, we can look for something we can learn or perhaps teach. In the modern world where everyone seeks to be individuals, many move far away from their families in an attempt to escape them. But when we’ve successfully built a world around us that requires no one’s help, our families are the people who are still attached to us. We can still choose whether or not to honor the family ties, and how to treat each other, but the fact remains that we are energetically tied to our families.

Our families help us see where we have come from so that we may more clearly decide where we’d like to go. If we can learn to accept our families for who they are, then we go out into the world armed with the ability to deal with anyone. Some families are better than others at preparing us for the world. What we learn from our families, even if they are simply blank spots on our family trees, becomes the basis of our identities as individuals. Rather than denying our connections, we can choose to accept their presence in our lives. Acceptance does not mean we have to like them; we simply acknowledge that we are connected to them and honor that connection for like it or not, there is a reason. When we can embrace all that they bring into our experience, we may be grateful for all we have learned from them and have to learn, while we experience everything that comes with family fully and completely.
