Vesta forms a frictional, 45-degree link to radical-change agent Uranus (2:53AM PDT), but this provocative alignment is only one of several. Before you know it, Venus makes an abrasive, 135-degree link to Saturn (1:36PM PDT) – shortly before the Moon goes void at 3:27PM PDT until 4:44AM PDT tomorrow. Invocation to Baldur

Long, long ago, Baldur was the favored of the gods.
Of all the Aesir the most beautiful, golden and fine
As the Sun, and everywhere that he went, he shone.
All loved him on sight,
And all agreed that Baldur was to be the next King.
In his home, nothing impure was allowed,
That it might not dim his glory.
Yet it was Loki plotted his downfall,
Tricked a blind man into killing him,
And it was Hel who took him in,
Took his soul to her breast.

WOTC’s Spell Of The Day For June 23 – A Spell To Bind Evil

To use this spell you must be able to picture the evil you wish to bind within your mind.
It is very important to be able to see strands or bonds or knots that hold it together.
Those are what you are going to release slowly.
Do note that this spell can take a long time depending on the strength and complexity of the evil. You must imagine yourself undoing the knots or bonds and then say out loud as many times as needed:
“I bind this evil from doing harm
To those around us And itself
I bind it to be free But not harmful.”
You MUST do this slowly.
If you do it quickly and try to overwhelm the evil it could overwhelm you
or just manifest on it’s evil on the energy you are giving out.

Merry Meet Sisters & Brothers Of The Craft!

Witchy Comments Merry Meet Sisters & Brothers of the Craft! It is a pleasure to be with you. I wish it was only under better circumstance. Lady Abyss has been admitted into the hospital from heat stroke. She was found yesterday morning in her home. She apparently had been at the computer because she had fell out in the floor and was unconscious at the time we found her. We immediately called an ambulance and she was rushed to the hospital. Upon arrival at the hospital, she was diagnosed with heat stroke. As you know the air conditioning unit at her home has been out all summer so far. So it is no telling how long she has been getting in this shape. I know it is something that does happen overnight. It is unclear to us, how long she will be in the hospital. She has no insurance and I am sure if we had found her awake, she would have refused to go. If you would like to make a small contribution to help Lady A with her medical cost, you will find a PayPal button to the side. I will be putting up a donation page in a moment. Any amount you can give will appreciated. I, myself and my husband are donating to help her with her medical bills.

It was Lady A’s and my plan for me to start assisting her on this blog daily. That time has just come a little sooner than we both expected. I have looked over and studied the blog for several weeks now. I think I know all the postings she does on a regular day. I will keep the WOTC to the high standards that Lady A has always provided for you. When she is able to return, then she will take back control of the blog and I will be her assistant.

I am sure you would like to know about me. I am a Solitary witch. I have known Lady A for several years. We have practiced rituals together and have a great sisterhood. I am originally from Louisiana but moved to Kentucky in 2007. Kentucky is a beautiful state and I love living here. I met Lady A shortly after moving here. My tradition stems through Celtic to Hoodoo. I have practiced the Craft for numerous years now. For so long, I have forgotten how long. I feel I am knowledgeable in the Craft. I also feel confident I will provide you with very useful and interesting information.

The Moon forming a supportive, 60-degree tie with Venus (11:51AM PDT) followed by a problem-solving enhancement involving a similar aspect between Venus and Pallas (2:53PM PDT) would seem to give you a wonderful boost with no hassles at all. These two Mars-related parallels are nothing to sneer at as they can ratchet up the intensity meter to an enormous degree.
