Expand Your Circle -June Opportunities to Take a Quantum Leap

Expand Your Circle -June Opportunities to Take a Quantum Leap

June will be a powerful month of potentials for expressing your soul’s purpose and having a deeper understanding of your path. A key element showing up in numerous ways involves expanding your circle. Continue reading to know what this means for you.

Key June Energies

Let’s begin with an overview of key energies influencing us this month

First, since the beginning of any month or cycle can set the stage for what’s to follow, we have a helpful planetary line-up today that’s likely to stir creative juices. Tune into that this weekend, being open to new directions, meetings with others, and tackling projects. Remember: living in quantum is not about how much you do but applying qualities of openness and creativity to the task at hand. This changes everything involving your perception of time and what’s possible. Sometimes all you need is ONE simple idea, coming into your awareness when you are still and open, that when applied allows you to complete something with ease. Doing that can energize you to take on other things, some of them previously seeming a big leap. As you say “yes” to the momentum, you expand your circle and with that your opportunities.

Gemini New Moon June 3 – This new moon could help you open some doors that previously seemed closed. A key factor is communication, the things you say to yourself about what is possible and who you really are, plus the ways that you express yourself with others. Think of this new moon as a time to get more in touch with your inner being and unproductive self-talk. If your self-talk involves self-shaming, self-judgment, or self-doubt this is a good time to invite an epiphany of understanding. Likewise, become more present to how you communicate with others so you can bring more love into interactions. The more loving you are the more love you will feel. The energy of love is a quantum opener, helping you to expand your circle of opportunities.

Sagittarius Full Moon June 17 – This full moon can help bring to light an overall pattern in your life, providing fresh insights into how it plays out. Having this awareness can have significant benefits to self-understanding and making progress on your path. Allow for emotional intensity as well, as this moon will catalyze that. Be kind to yourself and others, remembering that many around you are not as attuned to energy cycles and subtle influences. Skillfully navigating this full moon can mean breakthroughs in your self-expression – helping you to expand your circle of opportunities.

Cancer Solstice June 21 – This is the annual mid-year solstice, a super-charged energy gateway. Use this time for meditation, contemplative process, and ceremony focused on creating a better, more enlightened version of yourself. As you update your own energy, you could expand your circle of opportunities.

Post Wesak June 22 – At this annual celebration with the Ascended Masters like Buddha and Christ, you can be resourced in boundless ways to progress on your path of enlightenment. The spiritual path is not simple or easy, and especially in these times, it’s vital to regularly renew your energy and dedication for going forward. As you do this, you will have an expanded resource within for meeting any challenge. This enlarges your circle of opportunities, and helps you to serve others in the highest ways. The gift of serving helps you to blossom into your full potential.

Monthly Astro-Forecasts June 2019

Sarah-Jane Grace

Message for June 2019

Sometimes the strangest things can trigger a memory. Some people find reading a book can trigger a domino-effect of memories, for others, it’s a single word or sentence. Others find it’s a film or a song. And there are others that see a building, a tree or a garden and their memory is energised into life with all of the senses invoking a cascade of emotions and insights. Everyone has their ‘trigger’, and it’s not just about the things we see or hear, it’s also the things we smell or taste.

It’s often only when we suddenly lack one of our senses that we begin to truly appreciate the world around us. I’m anosmic (no sense of smell) and this is often dismissed by many as no great loss, yet the sense of smell keeps us safe and opens up a window of connectedness to the world that we can only truly appreciate once it’s lost. It brings us flavours and memories, and without it, food tastes like cardboard and the smells that used to transport me into different levels of awareness have vanished. Memories from my childhood were shaped by smells, from the smell of mum’s baking to the smell of tarmac (bitumen) – yes, strange I know. The smell of being in a forest, to freshly cut grass…

Over time I’ve slowly developed my other senses more, but the lack of being able to smell has taken away so much. It’s only since losing my sense of smell that I realised just how much I took it for granted. Of course, we all do that, I did that with my physical health as well, and it was only when my health started to decline that I realised how precious good health actually is.

I put off so much waiting for a better time, but that time didn’t come as my body started to fail on me in ways I could never have imagined. Just like my sense of smell, I’ve found ways to adapt, but some of those dreams will always remain dreams as I’m simply not physically able anymore. There is one important lesson I’ve learned from my own experiences, and that’s not to put things off, waiting for a better moment. Life’s too short and life is for living.

We’re often so distracted by things to do, people to see, places to see, to do lists to complete that we forget to think about what truly makes our hearts sing and our souls dance. Life can become a chore and we slowly lose the sparkle and fizz of being alive. So, it’s time to take some deep breaths and to think about what we, as interconnected individuals, truly want. What makes your heart sing? What makes your soul dance and your spirit soar?

June looks set to be a month of great inner shift as we begin to let go of the detritus and clutter we’re all so good at carrying around with us. Distraction is a natural part of life, but it’s easy to let this take over and get in the way of us exploring our true essence and living the best lives possible.

I’ve been through periods of deep regret for not living life to the full, but I’ve let that go now as I try to make the most of every day, finding new goals and dreams. None of us have the benefit of hindsight. I remember a conversation with my old doctor who was about to embark on a trip of a lifetime to Machu Picchu. She said that seeing so many patients who’s lives changed overnight made her realise just how important it was to live life now as none of us know what tomorrow brings…

For now, I wish you all kinds of wonderful.

With love,

Sarah-Jane

Aries

The inner rebellion mentioned in May looks set to continue as two different aspects of your nature are jostling one another for centre stage. You have always been a creative and energetic soul, seeking out new terrain and not being afraid to be unique. However, at the same time, your logical side has a tendency to over-think and over-scrutinise things, which can stifle your effervescence and spark. There are days when the logical side wins, and days when the creative spark rules. Yet, most days see a mixture of the two, usually working in harmony, enabling you to live your life to the best of your abilities. More recently, a little bit of rivalry has been stirred up, creating a sense of imbalance within you as you have felt unsure how best to move forward in your life. It’s as though someone pressed the pause button on a cassette tape and then tried to move it forward so everything is slow, stretched and not quite right. Although, on the surface, you are a spontaneous, creative soul, your logical side is always present, often taking the lead and steering the course of your life.

June looks set to be a month of continued insight and expansion though as you begin to step beyond the ‘stretched tape’ and realise that you don’t always have to push forwards as sometimes being on pause is actually a good thing. At the same time, take some deep breaths and allow the fire within your heart and soul to burn brightly once again as this is your true source of guidance and inspiration. It’s time to let go of the inner jostling and allow all sides of your nature the freedom to flow freely, whilst they may appear to contradict each other, that’s exactly how they’re supposed to be! It’s the contradiction that brings wisdom and evolution…

Taurus

June looks set to be a month of new horizons as you continue to re-shape and re-define your inner dialogue and begin to wholeheartedly embrace the concept of self-compassion. Self-compassion is something you’re familiar with, but there’s a sense that whilst you show others deep compassion, it’s still lacking when you look in the mirror. It’s not that you don’t feel compassion for yourself, but you so often put yourself last with over-giving, over-pushing and over-doing, that you end up depleted and empty. Self-compassion doesn’t stop you being the amazingly generous and warm soul that you are, it just means that you start showing that generosity and warmth to yourself as well! Your inner dialogue is often harsh and critical, beating yourself up for not doing more, being more or achieving more. Yet, you offer encouragement and gentleness to others going through similar things. It’s time to walk your talk and start to find new ways to thrive. Self-flagellation may be a motivational tool for some, but it really isn’t the best strategy to a happy, healthy and fulfilled life.

The time has come for you to tap into your creative essence and to realise that this is your moment to create a shift in your life: an opportunity to re-write the rule book. Whilst this all stems from your inner dialogue, it’s not as simple as ‘change your thoughts, change your life’, but it is at the same time, as your thoughts re-shape your perspective which, in turn, re-shape your life. The more you embrace self-compassion, the more you will see just how amazing you really are. This isn’t about ego; it’s about acknowledging your own worth and gifts. Yes, you hate the thought of letting others down, but what about letting yourself down? It’s time now to take a big deep breath and step towards a brand-new way of living and being…

Gemini

The day you were born, the world shifted slightly, and everything changed. Whilst the same could be said for every soul that both enters and leaves this world, there is a sense that you were aware of that shift the moment it happened. As a result, you’ve always felt a little ‘different’ to others, as your perspective reaches far wider and deeper than most. This likely stems from your profound sensitivity and your ability to pick up on even the subtlest undercurrents. Yet, at the same time, this sensitivity can see you in the midst of storms of emotions, battered by the waves of events and weathered by the winds of change. Although, on the surface, you are one of life’s thinkers, you are one of the deepest emotional souls around. This deeper side of you isn’t always visible and it can take other by surprise, but it’s a formidable force and has helped shape and define the story of your life.

Feeling ‘different’ to others hasn’t been easy, and there have been times when you’ve wanted nothing more than to ‘fit’. You have pushed towards ‘normal’ and this has caused huge upheaval within you as your sensitivity seeks equilibrium. Life is rarely straightforward, but your ability to see into the nooks and crannies of most situations and events allows you to take a more rounded view. Yet, there is also the risk that this ability can keep you in the nooks and crannies, trying to make sense of why things are the way they are. This can stifle you and, over time, build walls around your emotions so they have no natural outlet. It’s therefore important for you to find ways of resting more peacefully in the present moment, finally realising the need to take care of yourself with tenderness and to channel your formidable sensitivity (intuition) towards the bigger picture of your life…

Cancer

As you continue to ask yourself what you truly want in your life, there is a sense that you are finally beginning to think about what the question actually means! It’s not that you’re unintelligent, but it’s been easier to waft over the details to your answer as your life simply doesn’t fit perfectly into a plus b equals c, and you’ve not really been sure of the point of knowing what you truly want if you can’t see how it can fit into your life. Whilst there is logic and wisdom in this approach, how can you be sure it won’t fit into your life unless you wholeheartedly acknowledge what you truly want? Having a wafty, vague idea isn’t quite the same. You may wonder the point as your life is too complex and tied up in knots, but knowing what you truly want can help you to lift your head above the parapet and see new ways of living and thriving.

Life isn’t just about getting from here to there, it’s also about using your gifts, exploring new terrain and being happy. For a long time now, you have focused on keeping on keeping on, and quite frankly, you’re bored. You’re fed up with no sparkle, adventure or new terrain. Boredom depletes the soul and drains the spirit as it’s stifling and suffocating. Keeping on keeping on is as tedious as it sounds. Yes, it’s necessary, but there is room in your life for more and the time has come for you to finally acknowledge what you want in order to shift the focus away from keeping on keeping on and towards living the life you were born to live. There are many reasons why you err on the side of caution, but none of these are reasons not to set your heart on fire with passion for a more enriching life…

Leo

There are times of your life when you charge ahead with your breath held in, buttocks clenched, trying to get to your chosen destination with as few bumps as possible. You have ‘faced the fear’ many many times as you know it’s only by reaching beyond your horizons that you can truly feel alive and connected. In many ways, you love the thrill of the ride, the adrenaline pumping, the uncertainty, and the unknowable nature of what lies ahead. You need new terrain to thrive, and sometimes pushing through and charging ahead is the only way for you to break the cycle and step into pastures new. Some may think you’re impetuous and hasty, but you know that this is more about keeping the energy flowing in spontaneity than anything else. It’s just that very few people view life the same way as you, so your actions do appear a bit ‘wayward’ to some. However, this is about you, not them.

Staying in one place for too long causes stagnation, and the free-spirited side of your nature needs room to wiggle and dance. Yet, you have often erred on the side of caution, doubting that you ‘have what it takes’ to thrive in the unknown, but this hasn’t stopped you longing for it. No one said being you was easy! In many ways, you want to ‘do the right thing’ and keep everyone happy, preferring to sacrifice your own wishes for the sake of others, but you struggle to do so as it’s only by being free that allows you to give so much to so many, and it’s the struggle that tethers you. It’s time to stop over-thinking this and start realising that you need to stop giving yourself a hard time for being you. You’re ready now to set yourself free from the limitations you have set for yourself as you reach towards pastures new…

Virgo

June looks set to be a month of renewal and awakening as the winds of change continue to gather momentum in all areas of your life. There is still some trepidation within your heart and soul, as you know that change can bring about endings, as well as beginnings. However, there is a sense that you are feeling ready to draw a line underneath some chapters in your life and, as a result, are seeking out new avenues to explore, but before you rush off trying to gather up more chapters, take some time to rest in the space. Sometimes space is good as it allows you to regain perspective and clarity. Space is quiet and still, full of wisdom and clarity. Spaces aren’t always meant to be filled, sometimes leaving them empty is good as it allows some wriggle room for your soul.

You have spent a great deal of your life trying to understand why things are the way they are, wanting to make sense of this thing called life, and whilst you have undoubtedly made progress with this, there is still a great deal of unknowable mysteries and perplexing conundrums still circling. Life, by its very nature, is unknowable, and whilst, by your very nature, you are inquisitive, there are times when you learn more from not doing. Therefore, resting in the spaces created by the changing currents in your life is an important lesson for you as it shows a willingness to live more wholehearted in the present moment, as well as an acceptance of the here and now. This doesn’t mean you’re giving up or you need to stop seeking wisdom, it’s just an opportunity to see how rich your life actually is without seeking out more. So, when your life changes, try to consciously embrace the spaces created and dive right in to find joy…

Libra

As the conundrum between staying as you are versus stepping into unchartered terrain continues, there is a sense that you are beginning to realise just how much of your life you spend in contemplation, weighing up the pro’s and con’s, trying to make the best possible decision. Whilst it’s only natural to want the best outcome, waiting for the ‘right moment’ to act, or wanting assurances of the ‘right outcome’, can lead to a life of not living as you are constantly in stasis, waiting to move forward, waiting to get ‘it’ right. Contemplation serves a useful purpose, but not if you become lost in it as you lose all sense of reference and direction. June looks set to be a month for inner unification as you find a new path towards peace in the complex world of your heart and soul.

Your struggle between here and there has often taken centre stage in your life as you have never been quite sure how to move from contemplation to action, particularly when many of your questions remain unanswered and uncertainty reigns supreme. It’s not that you fear the unknown, but you find it hard to embrace it as your whirlwind mind likes to make sense of just about everything. How can you let go when letting go feels so alien to you? Yet, letting go is not just something to do, it’s also a willingness to set your heart and soul free in order to embrace new ways of living and being. With every passing moment you’re moving from here to there as it’s simply not possible to stay in the same place indefinitely, so, like it or not, you’re already stepping into unchartered terrain! Instead of fighting with yourself, put the armour down and start using your formidable mind to live the life you were born to live…

Scorpio

You’ve spent a great deal of your time lately keeping on keeping on, pushing hard on the accelerator, trying to tick off more items on the ‘to do’ list of your life. There’s no doubt you’ve achieved a great deal, but the sense of achievement – of a job well done – seems conspicuous by its absence. It’s as though you’re ticking off your ‘to do’ list because you feel you should, rather than because you really want to. Your life has been shaped by ought’s, should’s and must’s for some time, and whilst you want to be everything to everyone, intuitively you know it’s not giving you the sense of fulfilment you long for. At the same time, when you take a good look at your ‘to do’ list, many of the items on it are there because you somehow feel they should be. It’s time to shake things up and start thinking about what you truly want. So, get the list out, dust it off, and grab a pen.

It’s time to cross out the things that don’t feel right anymore and to start jotting down new goals; one’s that feed your heart and soul. You may feel that you don’t have the time to work on such a project as you’re simply too busy keeping on keeping on, but you cannot shake off the feeling that you are not as fulfilled as you intuitively sense you could be, so you know you need to take some time to think about what you really want. At the same time, knowing what you don’t want is just as important; you just need to be brave enough to say it out loud. You are a wise, intuitive and perceptive soul, and you have the ability now to shift your life away from simply keeping on keeping on, towards something far more enriching and fulfilling…

Sagittarius

At the core of your being there has been something of a tousle going on between your free-spirited nature and a sense of being tethered or restrained. At times, it’s been hard for you to gain any clarity as to what lies at the heart of this inner wrestling match, and this has been a source of frustration for you which has created an almost overwhelming theme of compromise running through your life. It’s as though you are at the starting post of a race, ready to launch yourself into the unknown, but things keep cropping up to shift your attention away from the adventure ahead so you never quite burst forth with the passion and exuberance you feel so deeply within. Things like keeping on keeping on, paying the bills, helping and supporting others, and trying to be the best you can be.

Much of this feels quite pedestrian and ordinary to you, lacking the fizz and sparkle that sets your soul on fire. Yet, this is a part of your everyday life, but there is a sense that they’ve grown rather burdensome recently and this weighs heavily on your shoulders. You are a philosophical soul and whilst you can intuit what’s happening, you seem to be struggling to find a path through the frustration and away from the compromise. Of course, compromise is a part of life, but the fact you’re feeling so restrained is a sign that things need to shift as the frustration is stifling your sense of self and dampening your free-spirited nature. It seems the key to resolving this imbalance comes firstly from your willingness to acknowledge its existence in the first place and secondly, to realise that whatever life throws at you and whatever responsibilities you have, you are still a free spirit as it’s your true nature. Don’t be sucked into the struggle, rise above it and fly free…

Capricorn

As you continue to explore the nooks and crannies of your soul, there is a sense you are beginning to see the things in your life that enhance you and the things that, well, don’t. It’s not always easy to acknowledge when you make such realisations as it can be uncomfortable to highlight the choices, paths, people and decisions that don’t seem to fit into your life anymore. Whilst you may feel awkward acknowledging such things, it’s an important process if you want to find the best ways to live the best possible life. This isn’t selfishness or ego-based, it’s simply an honest acknowledgement of fact. You’ve never been one to beat around the bush, but this is usually in your mind rather than through action! As a result, you think a lot about what needs to change, but can struggle to put it into practice, which can lead to frustration and a deep sense of discontentment.

You’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how to live the best life possible, and by working out what depletes you and what nourishes you, you’ve clearly reached a threshold of change. It would be hard to ‘forget’ these realisations or set them aside, as you sense the frustration so deeply, but you also intuitively know you can’t stay as you are, so what do you do? Well, maybe instead of thinking about what you need to do, it’s time to think about what you don’t? In essence, why not shift your focus away from all the things you need to change, and instead think about the things that are actually rather good? Whilst this doesn’t fix the imbalances, it can help you to realise that there’s much to be thankful for, to feel less overwhelmed, enabling you to regain your perspective, therefore finding new ways to establish the equilibrium you now know is yours…

Aquarius

You have always been one of life’s great thinkers, contemplating the meaning of life, exploring new terrains in wisdom and often feeling perplexed at the nature of being human. You thrive in the unknown because you intuitively know this is where you learn the most, however, over more recent times, you often try to rest in more familiar territory because the unpredictability of the unknown has seen you grow weary dealing with the high’s and low’s. Yet, even with more familiar territory, there’s always unpredictability as nothing is ever truly certain in life, so are you really saving yourself from the weariness by sticking to what you know? Surely by trying to live a more ‘ordinary’ life, you’re denying yourself the opportunity for your true essence to fly freely? You need space, freedom and manoeuvrability in order to breathe and flourish, and the routine and mundane of the ‘ordinary’ stifle this which can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unable to think clearly.

Of course, you cannot completely avoid routines, but it seems clear that you need to embrace your expansive mind more wholeheartedly once again in order to feel more connected and interconnected with life. It’s time to shift your focus away from the horizon, from ‘what if’ and ‘maybe’ back to the here and now in order to re-focus on your dreams. Staying in the present moment, combined with riding on the edge of the wave of life towards unknown terrain, allows you to condense all of your many skills into a more cohesive whole. Accept the routine, as that’s always going to be present, but at the same time, open up your heart and soul towards the bigger picture once again. The high’s come with low’s as that’s a part of life, but use your phenomenal intuition to ride them with hope and passion, knowing that every single moment comes together to make you the wonderful soul you know yourself to be…

Pisces

As you continue to deepen the connection with your heart and soul, there is a growing sense of inner peace beginning to wash over you. It’s a slightly strange feeling as it doesn’t feel particularly tranquil or serene, but it still feels like inner peace; it’s hard to shape or define, but intuitively you can sense it, taste it and touch it. Perception often has funny ways of making you aware of things as, at the moment, your life feels extremely higgledy-piggledy and topsy turvy, so feeling anything like inner peace seems surprising and somewhat misplaced. However, that’s the point, as inner peace doesn’t have to come from sitting cross-legged, chanting for years on end, sometimes it’s possible to find a sense of peace even in the mêlée of life’s twists and turns.

You often feel like a piece of driftwood being carried along by the currents of life, but it’s time to realise that you really are not as passive a force as you often believe yourself to be as you actually create the currents! The currents are choices and decisions made by you throughout the story of your life; everything you do, or don’t do, creates a new current. Your currents seem to shape and define so much of your existence, carving out crevices and canyons in your soul because you are so deeply intuitive and very connected to the ebb and flow of even the subtlest of currents. This can present challenges, as sometimes you sense a little too much which can overwhelm you, but mostly this is a gift enabling you to ride the waves of life with clarity and mindful awareness. Your consciousness wraps itself around the many different layers of your life, enabling you to gain a deeper sense of purpose. So, despite your topsy turvy life, embrace the inner peace, and let it flourish and thrive…

A Fresh Start – June 2019

A Fresh Start – June 2019

Hi my friend,

The month of June is filled with wondrous opportunities that have the potential to completely change the landscape of our lives for the better.

We have so much to catch up on, so let’s get right to it!

Healing the Past

The first half of June will offer us the gift of healing our past in ways we may not have been able to experience until now.

As part of the human experience, we have been given the opportunity to repeat and bring into our present reality the challenging past experiences that may still be unresolved.

We are often given this opportunity of repeating the past, so that we can eventually learn from it, and move on.

An example of this can be seen in the kinds of relationships we are choosing to have. We could be attracting partners into our lives who are not treating us with kindness, love, honor, and respect.

This same pattern keeps showing up with each new partner, almost as though it were happening with the same person each time.

This is a confirmation that there is a lesson and a blessing present that desires to be fully learned and received.

In the case of the above example, the lesson is often directly related to the pattern of how we learned to treat ourselves as a child. We may have seen our parents and other family members mistreat us or each other in a similar way, so that on some level, the little child we were decided to believe that this is how she or he should treat themselves.

Once we realize this, we can see that we have been repeating the past in our present reality.

From there, we can learn to change the way we’ve been treating ourselves.

Most often, it never has anything to do with anyone or anything outside of ourselves.  It’s always about the relationship we are choosing to have with ourselves.

It can be freeing and empowering to understand that all of the experiences we’re having in our lives are a direct reflection of how we are treating ourselves.

Yet to the mind, it can also be challenging, because we realize that we alone are responsible for how we shape our reality.

If you find that the mind resists the deep inner knowing that you already have, that you are responsible for how your life is shaped … just know that your mind is trying to protect you the best way it knows how.

See the mind as the little child you once were, and let it know that you love and honor it immensely.

Let your mind know that there’s nothing it can do that would have you stop loving it unconditionally.

When your mind starts to realize that you are seeing, hearing, and honoring it in this way, it will begin to soften its approach and be more open to allowing you (as the Spirit that you are) to guide the way.

There’s an opening now that offers us the gift of learning the lessons of our past in ways we have not been able to receive till now.

This empowers us to evolve, grow, and begin creating a reality anchored in the present.

When we learn the lessons of our past, we also heal and reshape it.

As multidimensional beings, we are here, there, and everywhere at the same time, because we are the Universe itself, fully realized in physical and energetic form.

So as a multidimensional being, we’re able to heal and reshape our past. From there we can transform our present reality in ways that inspire, empower, and awaken us in extraordinary ways.

For example, you as the loving and compassionate adult you are today can envision yourself holding and embracing your inner child, letting them know through words, actions, and feelings that you embrace and love them unconditionally, and that they can be, choose, do, and have anything they desire to experience in life.

And that they are whole and perfect, exactly as they are.

You are changing the course for that little child you once were, so that they can have a totally different experience from the timeline they’ve experienced so far.

This is what is meant by “Love heals everything.” It really does!

Love transcends all logic, time, and space. From that perspective, healing is instant.

Now, imagine what would happen if we were able to offer that same Love to the world we live in, including every government, person, place, and experience that has ever taken place, since the beginning of time?

The mind may come up with a story, asking ”why” it should immerse itself in this kind of healing Love.

Yet our Spirit knows the power of what can happen when the mind recognizes the value and benefit of doing so.

The reason why so much of what we’re seeing in the world now seems so turbulent and imbalanced, is because this world is starving for our Love.

Each of us is the Universe incarnate. It only takes one person to shower the world with a Love that heals and moves Universes instantly.

Of course, there are millions of people in the world who are doing this every day, and it’s shifting and healing our world tremendously. (Even though on the surface, the media may not be covering this new reality.)

A Fresh Start

When we are able to learn from and heal our past, we realign with the most powerful version of ourselves. Anything and everything becomes possible.

Things that once seemed out of reach are now available to us with ease.

The second half of June will mark a fresh start in our lives, especially if we allow ourselves to learn from and receive the precious gifts of our past. Many of us are already seeing glimpses of this, because this process started towards the end of May.

With this fresh start, it will feel as though the weight we have been carrying on our shoulders and chest will soften and dissolve.

You may notice yourself desiring to dance, sing, play, meditate, spend time in nature, and be creative more often.

Surrounding ourselves with beauty and Love will be something we crave more of, so things like smelling floral and citrus essential oils, tasting delicious natural foods in different colors fresh from the Earth, listening to classical music, and swimming or bathing in water often, will open us up to receiving the peace and ease that come with a deep renewal like the one we’re in now, and are about to experience more of.

The Icing on the Organic Gluten-Free Vegan Cake ????

The icing on the cake this June is that we will be moving through the celestial alignment known as the solstice.

On June 21st 2019 we will experience the peak healing frequencies of the solstice, followed by a total solar eclipse on July 2nd 2019.

The upcoming solstice will help to enhance our fresh start by opening us up to even greater magic, healing, abundance, expansion, and beauty.

During the solstice doorway (June 19th to 23rd) you may notice yourself receiving higher wisdom, insights, and “downloads.”

These are gifts from the Universe, and it’s often recommended to write them down, and to reflect upon them often, to integrate them into our lives.

These “downloads” have the power to bless all areas of our lives, including business expansion, enhancing our relationships with ourselves and others, and much more.

This solstice is also going to serve as a loving nudge forward, to help us become more organized and motivated when it comes to taking divinely guided action.

The weeks and months following the solstice are not a time to sit and do nothing.

So it’s important that when we feel the inner nudge to act and move on an idea, inspiration, or opportunity, we pay attention, and do so!

June is an amazing month, with opportunities for great expansion to occur within and around us.

What a gift it is to be here at this time, and to share this journey with one another!

Till next time,

Miraculously yours,

June 2019 Energy Report

Well we made it through May and it was a tough month. Did you find out anything about what holds you back in your life? Did you learn anything about your limitations, fears, and who your real friends are? Did you get a surprisingly negative response from someone when you did something you thought they would appreciate or like? If May was chaotic it is because dis-integration of our 3D reality creates chaos, which is required so we can see the different aspects of our reality and how they lack congruence, flow and harmony. Once we see the dis-harmony we can assess what is required to allow congruence to enter our lives. June’s theme is ‘human, meet divine’ and what we dis-integrated in May can be put together in new ways that express our divinity in our humanity to create congruence, harmony, flow, and allow us to become 360 as a fully integrated blend of divine human.

All of our old systems are under review now and we have the opportunity (if we choose it) to unite with our divinity which is a function of embodying our 360 degree wholeness, not holiness. This is an opportunity to get out of healing cycles and into the wholeness of our energy. We aren’t used to this though, our focus has been on healing and fixing what we think is broken. At some point we need to assess the repairs we have made and practice seeing ourselves as whole. Then we move into the next step, which is congruence.

June is traditionally the marriage month but consider what marriage means, not the wedding ceremony, but the unity which marriage represents. Move your thinking about marriage from two people who love each other and want to unite into a couple to your relationship with your divine self. Both aspects, human and divine, are required for wholeness and one is not greater than the other. Just as a car is useless without gasoline or a key, our humanity works best when it is intentionally and consciously combined with our divinity. This is the theme for June.

And we need to expand that theme of unity and marriage a little more because while we tend to think of unity and connection with others, we forget that our first relationship is with ourselves. It is our natural tendency to put our efforts towards uniting with others and creating harmony and flow with them but that effort has to begin with us. We cannot become a fulfilled 360 degree human when most of our effort, time and energy is spent trying to get along with others, to make them happy, and to get their validation and approval. Our unity effort must be focused on unifying our own energy field, bringing our scattered aspects back to our center, to heal our soul wounds and to integrate our own divine trinity of body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

This is how we meet our divinity, when we are healed and whole. We cannot find someone else to help us do that and no relationship is going to bring us to wholeness. In fact, when we seek out relationships from our dis-unity, we end up with challenging, incomplete relationships that do not work because we must be healed and whole within ourselves first, then we can partner with others who meet us at our healed and whole level to create 360 degree congruent and harmonious relationships.

We have some pretty potent aspects that are going to help us do that too, including July’s total solar eclipse of July 2 and the lunar eclipse of July 17. They activate the Saturn/Pluto conjunction in Capricorn and the nodes in Capricorn/Cancer. We are being pushed, individually and collectively, towards a rebalancing of the 3D paradigm of domination, control over, competition, and polarity into its 5D counterparts of community, connection, collaboration, and multi-dimensional duality. If you see every change in your life as moving you into the 5D aspects, you’ll understand why everything is under scrutiny now.

June’s new moon in Gemini of the 3rd opens the July eclipse window and its ruler, Mercury, is powerfully highlighting it from its position towards the end of Gemini. At this new moon we have 5 planets in their own signs, which makes their influence far more congruent with the energy of the sign they are in. Think of an orchestra playing with all of the instruments in tune. Congruence, the fit and flow of energy in harmony, has been an ongoing theme since I first introduced the concept of ‘becoming a 360 degree human’ in 2013. We are moving towards that objective with each step towards our 3D/5D integration.

June’s full moon of the 17th is in Sagittarius and highlights Jupiter. Now we have the two karma bookends, Gemini and Sagittarius, Mercury and Jupiter, highlighted. Isn’t releasing karma part of our individual and collective path since we began this lifetime, which is something I have been writing about since 2003. Look for some serious karmic revelations, release, and reconsiderations around this full moon as Mars conjuncts Mercury at 20 Cancer and they both square the ongoing Pluto/Saturn conjunction. Get ready to see some fireworks and it isn’t even the 4th of July yet.

We have the Solstice on June 21 which is also the day Mercury goes into shadow retrograde at 24 Cancer, adding more energy to the big Cancer/Capricorn action that will dominate the next 6 months. If it feels like your world is falling apart, think of it as your spirit asking you to release everything that is at a lower vibration than your true frequency as a divine being. What relationships hold you back? What fears limit your potential? What level of healing have you already achieved and it is time for you to acknowledge that you are finished?

Mars is in the sign of Cancer all month, a sign it is not very happy in but it’s going to oppose Saturn, Pluto, and the North Node most of the month, further amping up the energy. Think of Mars’ fire being put out by Cancer’s watery energy (Cancer rules the Moon), asking us to temper our desire for action with respect for and acknowledgement of our feelings. Sometimes our desire for action is also a desire for validation, vindication, or the things we believe others ‘owe’ us for the time, energy, and effort we put into our healing efforts on their behalf, whether we are actively trying to heal them or holding space and energy for their healing?

Are we treading water while we’re waiting for them to be ready or are we swimming strongly in the bright sea of our own potential? This can be one of those tough situations where we realize we have been asking for permission to move forward instead of exercising our own free will and engaging with our potential.

We have strong activity with all of the outer planet retrogrades by August, then they start going direct in September to prepare for the January 2020 Capricorn action. Remember that everything from now until January is preparing us for that big event which is a rebalancing, restructuring, and repurposing of the 3D energy which has dominated earth and humanity for centuries. The last time we had this aspect was in the year 1516 and even then we didn’t have the nodes in Cancer/Capricorn participating in the action. It is an important milestone in our spiritual evolution.

And let’s not forget, with all of this chaos and dis-integration, that joy is our purpose so remember to take the time to create joy in your life, set that as your intention, be confident and clear about what you want in your life with your strong energy boundaries and remember to breathe as it helps you stay grounded and keeps your energy balanced and flowing. Have a wonderful month.

SUMMER GETS A BOOST WITH THESE MAGICAL TRANSITS

SUMMER GETS A BOOST WITH THESE MAGICAL TRANSITS

Astrological magic had its heyday in the medieval period, when kings and queens ruled the lands. Magic can be seen as metaphorical attempts to gain the favor of the sovereign, and many of the stipulations around when to practice magic are based around the idea of finding the ruler in a good mood, willing and able to help. Planets traversing one of their favorite places, known as dignities, symbolize just such rulers—those who are content in their special place and willing to marshal resources to the aid of those they favor.

TRANSIT OF VENUS REVISITED

Summer begins with Venus in mid-Gemini, close to the place where she made the fabled “transit of Venus” alignments with the sun in 2004 and 2012. These rare events happen in pairs and more than a century apart and so we are still feeling the reverberating effects of this relatively recent pair. The astronomical reason these alignments happen in Gemini is that this is the place where Venus’ orbit intersects with the Earth’s orbit—a.k.a. the ecliptic plane. As Venus crosses these degrees she is very closely aligned with the ecliptic, and her energy is more directly interacting with the Earth plane. Venus will be very close to the ecliptic (within half a degree) from June 23 till July 17, with the exact crossing occurring on July 5. This proximity of Venus to the ecliptic is book-ended by Venus making two oppositions, the first with Jupiter on June 23 and the second with Saturn on July 17. Jupiter tends to expand things, and so the summer may begin with early fireworks as larger-than-life love affairs seem to be exploding everywhere. These may feel amazing at first but ultimately be tested by distance or differences in philosophy, religion, and education. After Venus makes the opposition with Saturn in July, you should know if things have a chance of standing the test of time. Saturn may introduce further delays or obstacles, but could also reward those who have already invested in relationships with patience, planning, and commitment.

FULL MOON IN AQUARIUS, AUGUST 15

The second full moon of summer occurs at 22° 24’ of Aquarius—and this is very close to the magical star Deneb Algedi. In the Middle Ages, this star was considered one of 15 stars with special magical powers known as behenian stars. Deneb Algedi was said to grant wealth, protection, and favor in lawsuits by authors like Ficino and Agrippa, who also said the stone chalcedony and the herb marjoram would help draw the star’s power into material form, along with its sigil.

This star is associated with wisdom, law and order, and the power to establish businesses, social institutions, and civilization. In the early morning of August 15, before sunrise, look to the west-southwest and find the moon setting. Just above the moon, you will see Deneb Algedi. (You may even see a Perseid meteor or two, since the peak of the shower is only a few nights before. Be sure to make a wish if you do!) Don’t forget to ask the moon to send some of Deneb Algedi’s magic into your life—or perhaps the life of someone you love.

NEW MOON IN VIRGO, AUGUST 30

This year’s new moon in Virgo features a powerful alignment of five planets: Going outward from Earth, we have the moon, the sun, Mercury, Venus, and Mars, all in a relatively straight line. This extraordinary line-up of our closest five neighbors occurs in the sign of service and working toward the perfection of our craft. Because Mercury, Venus, and Mars are all on the far side of the sun from Earth, we are being called to seek out and find new unfamiliar parts of ourselves or re-discover something that was lost or hidden. This may involve travel and learning –especially regarding lost, hidden, or secret knowledge. If we’re already in touch with some newly discovered or re-discovered part of ourselves regarding work, service, and self-improvement, then we may need to protect and shepherd this vulnerable new shoot of growth until it reaches a safe place where it can stand on its own two feet. Much of the experiences and identity shifts we undergo in the fall have their seed moment in this final new moon of the summer season.

Beginning around the autumn equinox, Mercury and Venus emerge from under the sun’s beams to shine together in the western evening sky. These two will remain visible and relatively close to each other in the evening sky for several weeks, sojourning through the signs of Libra and Scorpio until Mercury’s station at the end of October. This long-term transit has implications for our feminine and social identities. And in mid-October, Mars rises to become morning star, beginning a new exploration of our individual and masculine identities. Both of these divergent processes have their beginnings in the same moment, which makes the new moon of August 30 crucial for consciously defining our intentions, goals, and desires.

The Daily Cosmic Calendar for Tuesday, June 11th

Expect the unexpected around the time the sun forms a dicey, 45-degree link with surprise-bringer Uranus (1:12 a.m.). Tune into your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills later on during the monthly lunar union with Pallas in Libra (12:04 p.m.). Enjoy playing board, card, or word games that test your intellectual prowess.

Ingenious ideas abound a little over an hour later when Mars forms an inspirational, 72-degree rapport with Uranus (1:18 p.m.). Shift gears over to a more conservative mindset as the moon squares off with Mercury (2:04 p.m.) and Mars (11:20 p.m.). Caution is the operative word overnight regarding romantic interludes since Venus is approaching the Dragon’s Head, Saturn, and Ceres via discordant aspects as Tuesday night morphs into Wednesday morning.

WHAT IS THE FULL STRAWBERRY MOON?

The June Full Moon is called the Full Strawberry Moon. This Full Moon got its name from the Algonquin tribes in eastern North America who knew it as a signal to gather the ripening fruit of wild strawberries. It has also been known as the Honey Moon, Mead Moon, and the Full Rose Moon in Europe.

WHERE DID FULL MOON NAMES COME FROM?

Naming the full Moons is an age-old practice, nothing new. Ancient peoples commonly tracked the seasons by following the lunar calendar (versus today’s Gregorian calendar, which is a solar calendar).

For millennia, people across the world—including Native Americans—named the months after nature’s cues. Later, Colonial Americans adopted many of the Native American names and incorporated them into the modern calendar, as you will see in The Old Farmer’s Almanac, founded in 1792 during George Washington’s presidency.

SKY WATCH: JUNE 2018

SKY WATCH: JUNE 2018

Welcome to your June 2018 Sky Watch! We’ll help you spot the best night sky events of June, including bright planets and stars, the full Moon, and celestial events.

SKY WATCH JUNE 2018

by Bob Berman, as featured in The 2018 Old Farmer’s Almanac

What’s in June’s night sky? Here are the highlights:

JUPITER

Jupiter still shines brightly all night! Look to the east in the evening. It’s highest in the sky at early-to-mid evening – and sets in the west before dawn.

The Giant Planet spends the first week close to Libra’s brightest star, Zubeneschamali.

Look for the Moon very close to Jupiter on June 23.

VENUS

Venus is our “evening “star” throughout June (until October). Look towards the west a couple hours after sunset. After the Moon, it’s the brightest object in the sky. Don’t get Venus confused with Jupiter.

Remember that Jupiter is in the east while Venus is in the west.

On June 15, the young Moon stands above Venus; on the 16th, the Moon passes to the left of Venus.

MARS

Mars rises at midnight at a blazing magnitude –1.7 in the southeast sky.  On June 3 and June 30, Mars will sit just below the Moon.

SATURN

Saturn and the Moon will meet on June 27—the very night the Ringed Planet comes to opposition, its nearest and brightest position of the year.  Furthermore, it will be a Full Moon on June 27–28, within a day of Saturn reaching opposition. Saturn and the Full Moon will move together across the night sky, climbing highest around midnight.

ASTERIODS

The only naked-eye asteroidVesta, attains a rare brilliancy. At magnitude 5.3, it is faint but easily seen (away from city lights) to the upper right of Saturn during the moonless period from the 5th to the 15th.

THE SUN

The solstice brings summer on the 21st at 6:07 A.M. EDT.
