Vetiver – The Oil of Tranquility
Another essential oil helpful for relieving insomnia is Vetiver. A very earthy aroma, musk like with woodsy tones.
Can be used in the bath before bed to calm and relax. Use ony 1 -2 drops.
Also try 1 drop Sandalwood or Lavender with 1 drop Vertiver.
